Hi, I’m Laura Vanaga

I believe that everyone has a special talent. Having worked with over 5,000 people I have found great satisfaction in helping them find the confidence to dare to change their career and feel good about who they are.

My education

I am a long-standing member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a former Vice President and board member of ICF Latvia. In the field of coaching, I have accumulated more than 5,000 hours of professional practice working with both individuals and organizations.

I am a PCC-level coach (Professional Certified Coach) and continuously develop my professional competencies by learning from internationally recognized, high-level trainers. For more than five years, I have worked as a coach on the world-leading digital coaching platform CoachHub. I consider continuous professional growth an essential foundation of my work, ensuring the highest quality standards for my clients.
